We now offer FREE DELIVERY on order orders over 75€ All order placed between Friday afternoon and Monday 1pm (GMT+1) will be shipped Monday afternoon. All order placed between Monday afternoon and Wednseday 1PM (GMT+1) will be shipped Wednesday afternoon. All order placed between Wednesday Afternoon and Friday 1pm (GLT+1) will be shipped on Friday afternoon. We ship all orders with Bpost! Shipping is only 5€ on all order under 75€. Once your parcel has left our HQ, it will arrive to you in approximately 1-2 business days (Within Belgium). Please check the chart below for any other destinations. You will receive an email once Bpost has collected your parcel (This will include your tracking number)

Belgium : 1-2 days                                           
Fr/Luxemburg/Germany/Holland : 3-5 days
Europe : 4-7 days
Rest of the World (USA, Australia, Africa,…) : 15-21 days

Shipping address
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.

*Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Lily White is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.

Return

At Lily White Accessories we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get the right style or your purchase doesn’t look as gorgeous as you thought it would so we want to make it easy for you, we will provide you with a refund if your order is full priced and returned within 14 days of receipt and don’t worry, if you miss this timeframe we will happily provide you with a gift voucher if you return your order within 30 days by sending us an email at info@lilywhiteaccessories.com

If you purchased something in our sale section, during a flash sale or using a promotion code we unfortunately cannot take it back. There are strictly no cash refunds on sale items.

Every item is garantueed one year after purchased, so in case of broken item you can return it and we will gladly repair it and return it to you. For any issues, please send us an email at info@lilywhiteaccessories with a picture of the item and how it broke.

Your item/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:
- Returned within the time frame
- Returned in with the warranty card in case of any problem.

Faulty returns:
If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact info@lilywhiteaccessories.com immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.
We will happily accept the return of your faulty item for a full refund or gift voucher within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please help us by providing a photo of the defect/fault. This will help speed up the returns process. Contact us at info@lilywhiteaccessories.com for faulty items. 

How long will my refund take?
EUROPEAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a further few days to completely transfer).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once your return has been reviewed, we will email you with further details! Please be sure to check your junk/spam inbox for Hotmail and Live email address as we have found these can get caught up in there x
Please note: the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
